The Artesia Police Department is reporting that a local woman recently reported as missing has been confirmed safe.
Charlie Cobb, 42, was reported missing today after having last been seen Monday in Hobbs. She had been en route to Austin, Texas, from Artesia and had reportedly experienced vehicle trouble near Seminole, Texas.
After contact with Cobb was made by law enforcement, she was officially confirmed found around 1:30 p.m. today.
