The Artesia Police Department invites the public to a promotion ceremony scheduled for 3 p.m. today at the Artesia Center, 612 N. Eighth St.
The APD will be formally promoting Pete Quinones and Ricardo Huerta to the rank of commander and David Rodriguez, Kirk Roberts, Chantel Longway and Jon Perez to sergeant.
