Markquett Wiseman, 43, of Artesia, was arrested Wednesday morning on charges of criminal sexual penetration of a minor when officers discovered his alleged sexual relationship with a 15-year-old girl.
According to police, Wiseman was aware of the victim’s age when the relationship began. Wiseman and the victim had exchanged pictures and “sexts,” some of which described their sexual relationship in detail.
