Joe S. Bullock, an Artesian born and raised, signs a copy of his new book “Walking with Herb: A Spiritual Golfing Journey to the Masters” Tuesday afternoon at the Artesia Public Library. Bullock is currently the president of First American Bank in Las Cruces. “It’s always been on my bucket list to write a book,” he said. “I’ve always had a knack for writing.” Bullock’s book can be purchased at the Artesia Public Library for $14.95.
