The Artesia City Council will meet Tuesday with an overall light agenda for its lone meeting of December.

During the Community Development portion of the meeting, the council will consider a recommendation from the Real Estate Review Committee regarding surplus of real properties and a proposed declaration of said properties.

City Clerk Aubrey Hobson will address the council on a records destruction certificate and records retention resolution, and Mayor Raye Miller will discuss a Smith Engineering City Employee Appreciation Luncheon.

The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 11, in Council Chambers at City Hall.
