The Eddy County Mayors’ Prayer Breakfast today at the Walter Gerrells Performing Arts Center Annex in Carlsbad saw Artesia Mayor Phillip Burch, Carlsbad Mayor Dale Janway and Loving Mayor Pete Estrada gather for a morning of prayer, music and reflection.
