During Monday night’s regular meeting of the Artesia Public Schools Board of Education, Dr. Caton announced the resignations of: Candice Barrera, Fourth grade teacher at Yeso School; T. Brook Deerman, Social Studies teacher at Artesia Intermediate School; Amanda Hewitt, Special Education Inclusion teacher at Artesia Junior High School, Audra Mason-Kimpel, Fourth grade teacher at Hermosa School, Kara Johnson, english teacher at Artesia Junior High School, Sharlene Kreager, math teacher at Artesia Intermediate School and Chris Wiles, P.E. teacher and coach at Central School.
Caton then added the employment announcements of: Jayde Burnell, Special Education educational assistant/D Level at Yeso School, Alayna Guidry, social studies teacher and coach at Artesia Intermediate School, Tiffany Hall, speech language pathologist in the Special Education Department, Nicole Kirkpatrick, social studies teacher at Artesia Junior High School, Kathy Kump, elementary teacher at Roselawn School, Priscilla Laurent, First grade teacher at Yeso School, Samantha Morin, special education educational assistant at Hermosa School, Holly Pacheco, Instructional Assistant at Central School, Chris Padilla, speech language pathologist in the Special Education Department, Lesli Pruitt, special education teacher/D level classroom at Yeso School, Denys Puentes, special education educational assistant at Central School, Joni Smith, special education inclusion teacher at Artesia Intermediate School and Elizabeth Torres, COTA-L in the Special Education Department. … For the rest of the story, subscribe in print and on the web.
