A new fence put up earlier this week sits around the long-abandoned Johnston Manor – formerly Artesia General Hospital – located at 800 S. Roselawn Ave. The demolition of the building is slated for March or April, dependent upon weather, according to Matt Grosz, project manager at Chelsea Investments Corp., in preparation for the Roselawn Manor Affordable Housing project.
