SANTA FE — Prolific rains in the Pecos River Basin from Sept. 11 through Sept. 16 have dramatically increased water supply in the Pecos River and its reservoirs. Therefore, on Sept. 13, the New Mexico Interstate Stream Commission (ISC) shut down its augmentation pumping of groundwater to the Pecos River.
