Ladies and Gentlemen It is Valentine’s Day, so naturally, I’d like to talk to you about physics Dripping honey the other 364, today is for cold – ever cooling – space In short, the relative effect on the fabric of both space and time by anything possessing mass.
Most impressive of these (in my infinite bias) is the human – capable of warping the very fabric of reality just by holding you close.
This is science, love Furthermore to this cold, hard fact for many years now, scientists were adding the accumulative mass of matter, dark matter, subatomic particles YADDA YADDA YADDA (that was for you, reader who’s bored by now) but all toward arriving at a critical mass that would supply enough gravitational force for the universe to stop its long expansion from the big bang and implode upon itself Today is Valentine’s Day and I found out that they didn’t reach that critical mass but rather discovered that the universe is expanding at an accelerating speed: galaxies drifting apart uniformly… time infinitum Call me sentimental but in a world of such elegant gravity a kiss, a smile, a look that is now (from this day onward) not doomed to swallow itself love seems like the lightest and most beautiful thing anyone could ever feel.
