Officers were presented with plaques from the highest-ranking officer in their departments Saturday at the Eddy County DWI Program’s DWI Law Enforcement Officer Tribute and Advisory Council Appreciation Luncheon. The officers recognized, from left, are Greg Hall of the Artesia Police Department, outstanding; Beth Hahn of the APD, excellent; Ashlee Dionne of the Carlsbad Police Department, excellent; Chris Urban of the Loving Police Department, excellent; Edgar Palomarez of the New Mexico State Police, excellent; and Berry Lucas of the NMSP, outstanding.
