The New Mexico State Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a man wanted in connection with a shooting that occurred today in Fort Sumner.
Andy Lucero, 48, is described as 5’10” tall, weighing 160 pounds, with brown eyes and dark hair.
Lucero is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone seeing him is urged not to approach but to call 911 immediately or the NMSP at 505-841-9256.
The shooting incident remains under investigation.
