Speculation as to what the site that has recently gone under development near the northwest corner of the Wal-Mart parking lot might yield ran wild this week, with most citizens hoping for a chain restaurant, as is typically the norm for areas adjacent Wal-Mart stores. Rumors ranged from Wing Stop to Applebee’s, Chili’s to Papa Murphy’s. But citizens hungry for something new were foiled again; the Chamber of Commerce reports the lot will be the home of a car wash.
