TO THE EDITOR:
I am not a resident of the Artesia or Carlsbad area, never have been. BUT I have lived in many other places. I just want to mention that in all of the places I have lived, or visited for that matter, I have never seen a county commissioner that has been more attentive to the public need and information researched and made available as I have in Royce Pearson.
Praise God for you, we need more public servants like you! The good folks in Eddy County should be proud of your work there!
