Steven Hernandez, 33, of Artesia, bound over to district court on charges of burglary of a vehicle, unauthorized use or theft of the card of another, and theft of a credit card.
Belinda Ontiveros, 32, of Artesia, bound over to district court on charges of possession of a controlled substance and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jimmy J. Olguin, 38, of Artesia, bound over district court on charge of child abuse (third—degree felony).
Ramon R. Rodriguez, 56, of Artesia, scheduled to appear July 6 for preliminary examination on charges of selling or giving alcoholic beverages to a minor.
Gerardo Camargo, 37, of Artesia, found guilty of driving on a revoked license. Charges of no proof of insurance were dismissed. Sentenced to 30 days in ECDC. Total fines and fees $431.
Elliott Tom, 25, of Churchrock, scheduled to appear July 6 for pretrial hearing on charges of criminal trespass and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
