Jeremy D. Torres found guilty of failure to appear for sentencing. Sentenced to one-and-a-half days in the Artesia Detention Center. In a separate ruling, Torres was found guilty of speeding, child passenger restraint, display of current valid registration plate, mandatory financial responsibility, and unlawful use of a revoked license. Sentenced to seven days in the Artesia Detention Center. Total fines and fees $1,130.

Melissa C. Huitron found guilty of unlawful use of a suspended license, mandatory financial responsibility, and display of current valid registration plate. Sentenced to four days in the Artesia Detention Center. Total fines and fees $687.
Mark A. Robbins found guilty of shoplifting. Sentenced to five days in the Artesia Detention Center. Total fines and fees $129.
Melisaun M. Gonzales found guilty of operators and chauffeurs must be licensed. Total fines and fees $54.
