Arturo Balencio Hernandez, 66, of Artesia, found guilty of battery against a household member. Sentenced to 364 days of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $123.
Armida Salas, 60, of Artesia, found guilty of disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing. Sentenced to five days in ECDC. Total fines and fees $276.
Lorenzo Madrid, 29, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Aug. 3 for pretrial conference on charges of two counts of assault on a peace officer.
Jerry D. Patterson Jr., 34, of Dexter, found guilty of aggravated DWI. Sentenced to 66 days in ECDC. Total fines and fees $341. A charge of driving without a license was dismissed by the prosecutor.
Rico Torres, 25, of Artesia, found guilty of driving on a revoked license and illegible registration plate. Sentenced to seven days in ECDC. Total fines and fees $517.
Orlando Baeza, 25, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Aug. 3 for a sentencing hearing on charges of criminal damage to property of a household member and assault against a household member.
