Trevor W. Starkey, 24, of Artesia, found guilty of driving while license suspended and no proof of insurance. Sentenced to 30 days at ECDC. Total fines and fees $592.

Charles R. Joslin, 52, of Hobbs, scheduled to appear for pretrial hearing on charges of aggravated DWI, driving while license suspended and failure to maintain traffic lanes.
Jimmy Callaway, 63, of Hobbs, bound over to District Court on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Michael M. Martin, 28, of Carlsbad, bound over to District Court on charges of shooting at or from a motor vehicle, possession of a firearm by a felon, tampering with evidence and receiving stolen property.
Charles R. Stroud II, 28, of Hobbs, charge of battery against a household member was dismissed.
Lemyron Bishop, 31, of Artesia, found guilty of two counts of public affray. Sentenced to 364 days supervised probation. Total fines and fees $346.
Orlando Baeza, 25, of Artesia, found guilty of criminal damage to property of a household member and assault against a household member. Sentenced to 27 days at ECDC and 559 days supervised probation. Total fines and fees $176. Found guilty of resisting, evading or obstructing an officer and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to 364 days supervised probation and three days at ECDC. Total fines and fees $351.

Trad A. Morgan, 41, of Artesia, charge of possession of a firearm by a felon was nolle prosequi without prejudice.
