Richardo Franco, found guilty of operators must be licensed. Total fines and fees $54.

Jonathan A. Garcia, found guilty of trespass. Sentenced to 90 days supervised probation. Total fines and fees $129.

Sonia L. Garcia, found guilty of operators must be licensed and mandatory use of seatbelts. Total fines and fees $108.

ARTESIA MAGISTRATE COURT

Connie E. Hernandez, 55 of Artesia, scheduled to appear August 15, for non­jury trial on charges of driving while license suspended, expired registration and no proof of insurance.

Audrey Sosa, 29, of Artesia, bound over to District Court on charges of unlawful taking of a motor vehicle and conspiracy to commit unlawful taking of a motor vehicle.

Jabar T. Raglin, 32, of Artesia, found guilty of failure to pay fines, use or possess of drug paraphernalia, probation violation and violation of a restraining order. Sentenced to 237 days at ECDC.
