ARTESIA MAGISTRATE COURT

Judge Daniel Reyes Jr.

Mark Reische, 35, of Artesia, found guilty of battery. Sentenced to 182 days of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $73.

Gerald Trujillo, 46, of Artesia, found guilty of criminal damage to property of a household member. Sentenced to 364 days of supervised probation. Total fines $123.

Randy Fernandez, 31, of Artesia, found guilty of a probation violation. Sentenced to 270 days in ECDC. Total fines and fees $100.

Regina Estrada, 35, of Artesia, found guilty of a probation violation, unlawful use of a license, vehicle without required equipment, no insurance, and no registration. Sentenced to 269 days in ECDC. Total fines and fees $415.

Charges of battery against a household member dismissed against Rosella Rodriguez Castro, 54, of Artesia.

Christopher J. McNeil bound over to district court on two counts of trafficking of a controlled substance.

Fabian Ochoa, 35, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Nov. 8 for pretrial conference on charges of criminal damage to property of a household member.

Betty Billington, 55, of Roswell, scheduled to appear Nov. 8 for pretrial conference on charges of unlawful use of a license, possession of drug paraphernalia, and concealing identity.

Valente S. Aranda, 31, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Nov. 8 for a probation violation hearing.
