Hilardo Perez Juarez, 26, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Jan. 31 for sentencing on charges of use of a telephone to terrify, intimidate, threaten, harass, annoy or offend.

Charges of battery against a household member dismissed against Jerry Armijo, 43, of Artesia.

Jose Rayos, 34, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Feb. 6 for non-jury trial on charges of unlawful use of a license, expired registration, and no proof of insurance.

Melissa Madrid, 48, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Jan. 31 for preliminary examination on charges of larceny (over $500).
