Kaylee G. Flores, 21, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Feb. 14 for pretrial conference on charges of battery against a household member, disorderly conduct, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Rene DeLaRosa, 29, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Jan. 31 for preliminary examination on charges of possession of a firearm by a felon.

Fabian Ochoa, 35, of Artesia, found not guilty of criminal damage to property.

Steven Troublefield, 28, of Artesia, found guilty of unlawful use of a license and speeding. Sentenced to seven days in the Artesia Detention Center. Total fines and fees $523.

Hector Hernandez, 28, of Artesia, bound over to district court on charges of aggravated fleeing of a law enforcement officer.
