ARTESIA MUNICIPAL COURT

Judge Kaye L. Kiper

Fabian Torres pleaded guilty to manufacture, possession or delivery of drug paraphernalia and littering. Sentenced to 90 days with the Eddy County Alternative Sentencing Unit and 40 hours of community service. Total fines and fees $358.

Rosemarie Trujillo pleaded no contest to shoplifting. Sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended and ordered not to be on the property of any Wal—Mart. Total fines and fees $529.
