Representatives from the American Civil Liberties Union, the New Mexico Immigration Law Center, Young Women United and other civil rights groups visited the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention center in Artesia this week, and have spoken out against alleged abuses or neglect of detainees.
