ARTESIA — The second man involved in a pursuit that followed the theft of a trailer has been arrested for his part in the shootout that ensued.
Eddy County Sheriff Scott London reports Robbie Morgan, of Artesia, has been arrested on a warrant for the incident, which took place June 29.
