The Lovington, Tatum and Carlsbad Police Departments, New Mexico State Police, Eddy and Lea County sheriff’s departments, and Pecos Valley Drug Task Force made runs Saturday from Carlsbad and Lovington to Artesia as part of the Southeast New Mexico portion of the event.
