The installation of new water lines along Bulldog Boulevard that began following the demolition of the Artesia High School Natatorium is nearing completion. Crews hope to have the roadway, or at least a portion of it, reopened to the public by Aug. 21, the date of the Bulldog football team’s intermural scrimmage and hamburger fry, but work in its entirety will be complete in time for the first home football game Aug. 29.
