Recipe of the Month

Air-Fried Oreos
Ingredients:

• 6 Oreos

• 3 canned biscuits

• 1/2 cup milk (optional) • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (optional) Directions:

Cut each biscuit in half and roll in hands before flattening into a circle. Dip an Oreo in milk (optional but will soften cookie). Put the cookie on the biscuit dough and bring sides up to cover. Form into dough ball. Preheat air fryer to 370 for two minutes; put cookies in fryer basket, leaving space between for expansion. Fry for 5-7 minutes until golden brown on top. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
