Aguilar receives Certified Municipal Official designation

ARTESIA — Artesia City Councilor Jose Luis Aguilar has received a Certified Municipal Official designation from the Municipal Officials Leadership Institute (MOLI), sponsored by the New Mexico Municipal League.
Aguilar will receive the official designation at the New Mexico Municipal League’s 56th Annual Conference Aug. 29 in Taos.
