Justin Harrison, 31, of Artesia, was arrested Wednesday at Guadalupe Park on charges of aggravated battery against a household member, child abuse, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Artesia Police Department officers were dispatched at 2:42 p.m. to Guadalupe Park in reference to a violent domestic incident in progress.
