Artesia police have arrested Jose Ayala-Flores, 16, on charges of false imprisonment, battery against a household member, and interference with communications.
According to the report, Artesia Police Department officers were advised Tuesday of a possible kidnapping at Artesia High School. Detectives observed surveillance footage of the hallway of the school’s annex building where a suspect identified as Ayala-Flores was seen exiting with an unidentified female.
