The body of a woman found north of Loving Friday was identified as that of 24-year-old Anna L. Villegas of Seminole, Texas. Villegas was reported missing to the Gains County Sheriff’s Office on Nov. 21.
Villegas was found at approximately 10:38 a.m. Friday by a Hobbs resident hunting near the Pecos River off of Highway 31, according to the Eddy County Sheriff’s Office. The victim was bound and nude when she was found. … For the rest of the story, subscribe in print and on the web.
