DJ’s Smokin’ BBQ, one of the pro competition teams to be in attendance at this weekend’s Smokin’ on the Pecos New Mexico State BBQ Championship, will be bringing with them their new competition smoker, “Sparky.” The smoker, constructed within the frame of a DeSoto, features a smoker under the front hood, two vertical smokers in the backseat, and a grill in the trunk.
