City reminds citizens to mow, remove weeds

ARTESIA — Recent heavy rains in the area have led to excess vegetation, and the City of Artesia is reminding citizens to keep high grass mown and alleys and yards free of weeds.
Beginning this week, the city will be sending letters to those in violation.
