Two construction workers dig the “City Hall” sign out of the ground during the early stages of renovation Monday on Baish Veterans Park. The construction will include utility work, the repaving of Fifth Street and the complete rejuvenation of the park. The roadway will not open to traffic at any time throughout the construction.
