Council passes city water ordinance • Results of community pool survey discussed; preliminary talks to begin with USA Swimming

The Artesia City Council approved a water conservation ordinance Tuesday on a 6-0 vote. The ordinance has been repeatedly brought up in meetings over the past months after being revised several times in committee, and the council was finally able to find a plan they were satisfied with Tuesday.
