Volunteer fire chiefs from throughout Eddy County attended a supper in Carlsbad Thursday night, where they discussed new revisions to the administrative policies of Eddy County Fire and Emergency services as submitted by the county’s emergency manager, Joel Arnwine.
When the supper ended, the chiefs had reached a decision to walk out if the Eddy County Commission votes to approve the revisions.
