As the proclamation states, the spirit of holiday giving continues through generous donations to local toy drives. Toy drives supply not only toys to children in need but also spread the gift of a smile to children and their families. Through the Forever Free Fellowship’s Good Shepherd Toy Drive – which will hold a collection blitz from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, at the corner of 13th and Main streets – the holiday spirit will be felt throughout the community as well as in the hearts of the children receiving gifts.
