Making a Difference
What you can do to make a difference in your community

By AMARILE IBANEZ GARCIA
Roselawn Elementary

Some things I can do to make your community is clean up your city or neighborhood or town, and I can help those in need by giving them water, warm clothes and a place to sleep. You can also donate your stuff like toys and clothes to those in need.

I can also help teach a younger child how to read, help cook, and serve a homeless shelter, gather clothing from my neighborhood, and donate them. You can make care kits with combs, toothbrushes, shampoo and much more. I can also pack and hand out food to a local food bank.

Use your voice, you can change things. I can do as a kid be kind to others, take care of your local parks, protect our planet, help animals, feed hungry, help out at home. Why it is important: because it changes people’s lives.

Even if I think I can’t do it I can do it. I can make a difference I can and you can. You feel like your not good enough you can do it. NO mater what! No one is perfect. You are amazing, brave, I believe I can make a difference and you can to.

I can also pick up trash at my school, because trash and food atracktes animals. I can visit nursing homes, because I bet it sucks being lonely haveing no one, and haveing no one at all to talk to.

You can make a difference there’s alot of things that you can do to make a big difference in someones life rather old or young, you can do it.
