All non-essential functions at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) have ceased due to the government shutdown this week.

After 48 hours, the administration at FLETC cut its staff from over 1,000 to just 61 federal employees. As training was deemed non-essential during the shutdown, all students at the facility have been sent home. … For the rest of the story, subscribe in print and on the web.
