For Jan Walker, Glenn and Delia Collier and Bambi Vandiver, who all played key roles in the formation of Artesia’s Grammy’s House 20 years ago, the answer is any and all of the above.
The story began years before Grammy’s House had its headquarters at 811 W. Texas Ave., when Delia Collier worked at Foundation Financial Investment in downtown Artesia as a notary public.
