Customers will soon find a new look at Henry’s BBQ, owned by John and Tonya Henry. The four-year-old restaurant has brought in Kelly Kline Interiors to put the Henry stamp on, in and around the building. The changes have been identified and are estimated to take approximately a few months. The hard-working couple asks for patience during this time, as they are doing their best to not let the changes be intrusive for their customers. “Please don’t me mad at us; it’s really going to be nice,” said Tonya. The Henrys have also focused on getting together a great staff to take care of their customers. As Tonya states, it has taken them four years to find the “incredible staff we have; I looked hard for them. They are college students with great work ethics.” The team does not mind jumping in and getting things done, from cleaning to cooking. John is working diligently with New Mexico State University, setting up internships that could make a positive impact on the business.       Grace Miller – Daily Press
