Artist Kelly Klein stands atop the design she created for the new floor surface at Heritage Walkway. Not only will the new flooring contribute to the beauty of the walkway, the material out of which it is created will make the surface safer and more durable. Rough Stock Liners, owned by Brad Knowlton, is installing the surface. “It is a spectacular addition to the artwork currently in the walkway,” said Artesia MainStreet Manager Rebecca Prendergast. “We cannot wait for people to see it, and thanks for being patient as we make these upgrades.” Heritage Walkway’s renovations are scheduled to be completed this week.
