Vivian and A.J. Deans, married for more than 50 years, share a kiss after being voted Valentine’s King and Queen at Heartland Care Thursday afternoon. In addition, Bette Ransbarger and Fernando Herrera were voted as the Valentine’s Princess and Prince.
