Eddy County Sheriff’s Office deputies, along with the Pecos Valley Drug Task Force, arrested Artesia resident Dallas Hnulik Friday in reference to the alleged 2010 murder of Hnulik’s former girlfriend, Brandy Capps, of Lubbock, Texas.
