Friends and family of Tommy Fonville, 63, of Artesia can breathe a sigh of relief.
According to Commander Lindell Smith of the Artesia Police Department, Fonville was found “safe and sound” camping at Bottomless Lakes. The case is now considered closed. … For the rest of the story, subscribe in print and on the web.
Fonville was listed as a missing person by the New Mexico Department of Public Safety on Wednesday, Dec. 12. Prior to being found, Fonville was last seen in Artesia on Nov. 25, 2012.
