Officers and staff with the Artesia Police Department enjoying a meal in support of National Police Week on Wednesday. The meal was in honor of Officer L. Daniel Schulz who was killed in the line of duty on November 27, 1987, in South Miami, Fla. Officer Schulz is the brother of Becky Mathews, District Attorney Liaison for the APD.
