The City of Artesia has hired a new director of infrastructure to oversee city departments.

Byron Landfair was hand-selected as an ideal candidate with an extensive list of achievements and qualifications including more than 15 years of experience in utilities, streets, infrastructure and construction.

In addition, his previous position as Superintendent/Project Manager with Constructors Inc., has given him an extensive background in project management.
