The “old ‘Dogs” tried to teach the “new ‘Dogs” a few tricks Saturday during the Artesia High School baseball team’s annual Alumni Game at Brainard Park, but the 2024 Bulldogs won out in the end, topping the alumni team by a final of 8-6. The current Bulldogs will open their 2024 season March 7-9 at the Hobbs Tournament. (TJ Palma – For the Daily Press)
