The memorial at Baish Veterans’ Park, which has been a fixture in front of City Hall since it was erected by the Artesia MainStreet organization in November of 2012, will be getting a slight facelift in time for Veteran’s Day.

Three of the Wall of Honor’s blank, stainless steel plates have been sent to Waterjet Cutting Inc. in Albuquerque, where fresh names will be engraved. … For the rest of the story, subscribe in print and on the web.
